Yoga Sculpt & Flow

Join us for Yoga Sculpt & Flow with Jen, in partnership with YogaSix Stamford, running July 23 through August 13 on Thursdays at 7 PM on the Grand Steps. This dynamic class blends the strength-building intensity of HIIT with the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga, creating a balanced workout that challenges both body and mind. Participants will move through a combination of high-energy intervals designed to tone and strengthen muscles, paired with flowing yoga sequences that enhance flexibility, balance, and mobility.
