Connecting people with nature

Mill River Park Collaborative is committed to conserving natural habitat and fostering environmental stewardship through hands-on education.

With 30 acres of reclaimed green space, Mill River Park’s thriving natural ecosystem in the heart of Stamford invites park visitors of all ages to explore native flora, and fauna and build awareness of the balance between humans and the natural environment. The Collaborative also offers field-based education and high school internships to enhance STEM learning, foster environmental stewardship and help young adults learn about careers in conservation.
