Pavilion Rental Rates

The pavilion is available for rental during hours when the carousel is closed to the public. Rental pricing includes up to 150 guests, a designated Event Coordinator and a staff member to operate the Carousel. Please inquire for nonprofit rates.

FAQs & Policies

Food & Beverage

  • You may hire an outside caterer and party planner, and bring in your own food and drinks. All caterers and vendors must provide certificate of insurance. If serving alcoholic beverages, liquor liability insurance must also be provided.
  • Menu items can also be ordered through the Rich Pantry, our onsite caterer. View menu below.

Add-On Items

  • Unlimited use of our popcorn machine can be added for $50.
  • Unlimited use of our Donut Cart, which is staffed to make warm and fresh donuts, can be added for $100.
  • For events exceeding 150 guests, greenspace may be rented adjacent to the carousel pavilion and a tent placed. Additional fees and permits apply. Learn more.

Scheduling & Payment

  • A two-hour minimum rental time period is required to book the Pavilion. Additional hours can be added based upon your event needs.
  • A $150 deposit is due to reserve your event time and date. The balance will be due the day of the event.
  • Deposit will be refunded 100% for cancellations made 6 weeks prior to your event. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Rescheduling due to inclement weather or sickness is dependent upon availability in our calendar.

Facility Policies

  • Balloons and confetti are not allowed as decorations at Mill River Park.
