Researchers’ World at Mill River Park

Henkel Researchers’ World is an education initiative designed by Henkel to introduce children (ages 8 – 10) to the fascinating world of science by putting them in the role of actual researcher.

We are partnering with Henkel Corporation to introduce the program to local students. Following a successful pilot program in early 2021, we offered free one-day workshops in June 2021 where students explored the concepts of sustainability, consumption, recycling, materials science and more. 

Launched in summer 2022, the Discovery Cart brings hands-on science learning into the park through 15- to 20-minute pop-up experiments designed for elementary-aged children.
