Thank you for your interest in our after school program! Our After School enrichment program serves children ages 5-14 and Grades K-8, and is held in the Whittingham Discovery Center. We hope to welcome you soon!
At After School, we offer a variety of enrichment activities for every child to enjoy- from STEM to arts to swimming! Our fun-filled learning experiences provide unique and exciting opportunities for children to explore and grow with their peers.
We create safe spaces for children while empowering them to be themselves. Our experienced and trained staff help to foster each child’s growth, by providing nurturing and caring environments for them to succeed.

- Dates: September 8, 2026 – June 11,2027
- Location: Whittingham Discovery Center (with 30-minute drop-off and pickup zones on Washington Boulevard)
- Options: 5-day (Mon-Fri), 3-day (Mon, Wed, Fri), 2-day (Tues & Thurs)
- Time: 2:30 PM – 6 PM (hours included in price)
- Grades: K – 8
- Capacity: 51 kids
- Transportation: Provided for all Stamford Public Schools and Charter School of Excellence students (excludes Cloonan Middle, and private schools) *

Note: We do not prorate our programs, regardless of attendance or shortened months
(Registration Fee of first month’s tuition and a one-time $50 application fee is due on registration).
Our program is based on Stamford Public Schools calendar. We welcome students from all schools, but our operating days will vary from those non-Stamford Public Schools students.
*The City of Stamford provides bussing to our program from schools. At this time, only students enrolled in Stamford Public Schools (excluding Cloonan Middle) and Charter School of Excellence will be bused to our program. Private school or out of district students will need to find their own method of transportation to our program. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How to Register
Register your child for our after school program in 5 easy steps:

- Click on the registration button below, to proceed to our online portal Campium
- Create an account, and then click on your child’s name. A dropdown menu will appear, select “Registration Form- After School SY 2026-2027.”
- Complete the form in its entirety, then click continue to select the options that best fit your needs.
- Proceed with payment.
- Submit your child’s physical and immunization records via Campium upload or email.
Required Forms Needed To Confirm Registration:
- Completed Registration Form (Campium)
- Physical & Immunization Records (must be within the last two years to be accepted)
- Authorization for the Administration of Medication form (if applicable)
- Individual Child Care Plan (if applicable)
Your child’s registration will not be completed until we receive all the required forms mentioned above.
Financial Assistance
We offer financial assistance for those families in need. You MUST make $80,000 or less to qualify for our financial assistance. Please click on the button below to download the application. Your application must be completed in its entirety, along with the supplemental required documents mentioned on the form- no substitutions. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
Applications will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Care4Kids
If you receive Care4Kids, please email your PPA form to tiffany@millriverpark.org.
Please Note: Care4Kids families are not eligible to receive financial assistance from us. Regardless of Care4Kids, you must pay the $50 registration fee and the first month of tuition upfront.

Below are a few sample forms, to give our perspective parents an insight into our program. Additionally, we have provided our parent handbook and our program closures for the upcoming school year. Official schedules, menus, and bus numbers will be sent to those families who have students enrolled in our program prior to their first day of attendance.
