Mill River Park’s Fit Club is FREE for anyone, and everyone! Join us in the heart of Stamford for outdoor fitness classes on the Grand Steps. From Yoga and Zumba to Tai Chi and more, there’s a class for you.

- All participants must sign a waiver before exercising. Please check in with an Event Staff member prior to joining a class.

WEEKDAY FITNESS

Rhythmic Yoga with Live Drumming with Pilin
Join in for a breath-centered, rhythmic yoga practice that flows with sequences to stretch and strengthen the body, activate the core, and ignite your inner radiance. This moving meditation encourages body awareness, mindfulness, and relieves stress. Class is for all levels.

Total Body Fit with UJ
UJ is a fitness trainer in Fairfield County. In this class, each participant will receive an education in strength building, calorie burning and muscle development/growth. This class will provide a high intensity setting with intent to improve, correct and re-educate all individuals, no matter their experience level in fitness or exercise.

Zumba with Tristan
Come sweat it out in Zumba® Fitness class with Tristan Mogollon. We’ll focus not only on cardio but on core, sculpting and toning…all while dancing and having fun!

HIIT Class
A high energy HIIT class with short bursts of intense exercise followed by quick recovery periods. This workout is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and keep you moving the whole time.

Yoga Sculpt & Flow with Jen
Join YogaSix Stamford for a dynamic combination of HIIT and yoga, blending high-energy intervals with flowing sequences to tone and stretch. Please note that July 23rd & July 30th Classes Will Take Place at the Main Street Garden.

Pilates Fusion
Pilates Fusion brought to you by Power Yoga Collective Stamford with Jessica Dominguez and Molly Tarantino. Move, strengthen, and flow under the sun! This energizing outdoor class fuses the core-sculpting power of Pilates with the lengthening and grounding elements of yoga. Expect a dynamic, full-body workout that builds strength, improves posture, and enhances mobility, while also giving you time to slow down and breathe. All levels welcome. Please note that Saturday, July 18th , 25th , & August 1st Classes will take place at Sue McGraw Friendship Playground.

Zumba with Tristan

Sunrise Yoga with Power Yoga Collective Stamford
Sunrise Power Vinyasa yoga brought to you by Power Yoga Collective Stamford (formerly CT Power Yoga). This class will focus and link your breath, intention and presence to build proper alignment, strength, stamina and focus. The intention is to empower you outside the class through the sequence of poses you flow through during the class. Tai Chi with Ken
Tai Chi is a mind, body spirit exercise using slowing flowing movements. It emphasizes deep breathing, balance and focused attention. We will be doing a series of gentle physical movements and stretches ensuring that your body is in constant motion...”moving meditation”. Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative outdoor sound bath, set in the natural beauty of Mill River Park. As part of the Zen Sunday series, this experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset for the week ahead.

Sound Bath Harmonious Healing
Sound Bath Meditation, an ancient practice designed to bring deep states of relaxation and meditation.
