Cost

Mill River Park is free to the public.

$10 for an adult 75-minute session, $8 for kids under 12 and senior citizens 65+, $8 for active-duty military (ID required) and additional $4 for skate rentals. Learn more about visiting the Skating Center.

Schedule

Yes, Mill River Park is open throughout the year.

Pets

Yes, but dogs must stay on leash. Please pick up after your pet!

Fishing

No, fishing is not permitted in Mill River Park.

Facilities

Yes, there are bathrooms on the east side of the Park at the Whittingham Discovery Center during its public hours. On the west side of the Park, the Carousel restrooms are open during Carousel hours

Yes, the Snack Box is a concession near the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Skating Center and Fountain that is open during Rink hours, and Thursday – Sunday during warmer months. The Brownstein | Selkowitz Carousel Pavilion also has concessions at the Rich Pantry (open during Carousel Hours).

There is limited parking available on Mill River Street and W. Broad Street. Please click here for all available parking options from Stamford Downtown.
