Is there an entrance fee for Mill River Park?

Mill River Park is free to the public.

How much does it cost to ride the carousel?

How much does it cost to use the skating rink?

$10 for an adult all-day session, $8 for kids under 12 and senior citizens 65+, $8 for active-duty military (ID required) and additional $4 for skate rentals. Learn more about visiting the Skating Center.


Is the park open year-round?

Yes, Mill River Park is open throughout the year.


Can I bring my dog or other pet to Mill River Park?

Yes, but dogs must stay on leash. Please pick up after your pet!


Can I fish in Mill River?

No, fishing is not permitted in Mill River Park.


Are there restrooms in the park?

Yes, there are bathrooms on the east side of the Park at the top of the promenade. On the west side of the Park, the Carousel restrooms are open during Carousel hours

Is there food available for purchase at the park?

Yes, there is a concession near the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Skating Center and Fountain that is open during Rink hours, and Thursday – Sunday during warmer months. The Brownstein | Selkowitz Carousel Pavilion also has a concession, the Rich Pantry (open during Carousel Hours).
