UJ is a fitness trainer in Fairfield County. In this class, each participant will receive an education in strength building, calorie burning and muscle development/growth. An Open Level Power Vinyasa, which brings a fluid, powerful style of yoga that will focus and link your breath, intention and presence to build proper alignment, strength, stamina and focus. The intention is to empower you outside the class through the sequence of poses you flow through during the class.
The Brownstein | Selkowitz Carousel will be open from 9 - 5pm. Carousel rides are $2 or a multi ride 6 rides for $10 pass is available. The Rich Pantry will be open for refreshments.
