Zumba with Tristan

Join us for Zumba® Fitness with Tristan Mogollon, a high-energy dance fitness class that transforms cardio into a fun, full-body workout. Designed for all fitness levels, this class blends upbeat music with easy-to-follow choreography, creating an energizing experience that keeps you moving from start to finish.

Each session focuses on cardio endurance while also engaging the core and incorporating sculpting and toning movements throughout. Participants will build strength, improve coordination, and boost overall fitness in a supportive and welcoming outdoor environment.

Zumba Fitness Classes with Tristan take place on the Grand Steps on Wednesdays at 7 PM and Saturdays at 11:30 AM, offering multiple weekly opportunities to dance, sweat, and connect with the community.

Fit Club classes are free and open to the public. Please check in with a team member upon arrival to complete a class waiver. Any cancellations or weather updates will be posted on social media via Instagram and Facebook @millriverpark. For a full list of Fit Club classes, click here.
