
Join us for Total Body Fit with UJ on Tuesdays at the Grand Steps. Expect a high-intensity fitness class led by UJ, a professional trainer based in Fairfield County. This dynamic workout is designed for all fitness levels and focuses on strength building, calorie burning, and muscle development through intentional, guided movement and education.
All classes take place at 7 PM on the Grand Steps, beginning the week of June 1 and running through the week of August 16.
Each session provides a structured, high-energy environment that emphasizes proper form, technique, and progression. Participants will be coached through exercises that help improve performance, correct movement patterns, and build long-term strength and confidence, no matter their experience level.
Fit Club classes are free and open to the public. Please check in with a team member upon arrival to complete a class waiver.
