In this class, you will learn about practicing gratitude mindfully, led by Dr. Monica Jain.
This entire series will help you learn to be resilient, stay calm, happy, and make decisions with clarity amid all life’s challenges. It will also help you learn how to tap into zen moments while doing your daily activities.
Whether you are new to mindfulness practice, or are a long time practitioner, all are welcome.
