Hoop Fitness and Flow is a combination of all the most beautiful parts of hoop dance with a special fitness twist. Laughter, learning, and music encompass this truly unique look into the hoop community. A perfect place for any level to work on toning and core strengthening while also expressing their inner self through dance and movement. We focus on increasing flexibility and stamina while beginning or furthering your hoop journey. This energized class is designed for letting loose, finding your flow, and burning up to 500 calories in an hour.
All Hoopla hoops will be provided for class. ALL levels are welcome.
