Pilates Fusion

Join us for Pilates Fusion, brought to you by Power Yoga Collective Stamford with Jessica Dominguez and Molly Tarantino. This energizing outdoor class takes place on Saturdays at 10 AM starting June 13 on the Grand Steps.

Move, strengthen, and flow under the sun in a dynamic workout that fuses the core-sculpting power of Pilates with the lengthening, grounding elements of yoga.  Open to all levels, this class offers a welcoming environment where beginners and experienced participants alike can challenge themselves and grow at their own pace.

Fit Club classes are free and open to the public. Please check in with a team member upon arrival to complete a class waiver. Any cancellations or weather updates will be posted on social media via Instagram and Facebook @millriverpark. For a full list of Fit Club classes, click here.
