
Join us for a high-energy HIIT fitness class on the Grand Steps, running June 4 through June 25, Thursdays at 7 PM. Led by Cendall and Tamikah, this dynamic workout features short bursts of intense exercise followed by quick recovery periods, designed to challenge your body, build strength, and improve endurance while keeping you constantly moving.Each session delivers a full-body training experience focused on boosting cardiovascular fitness, increasing stamina, and supporting overall strength development.
Fit Club classes are free and open to the public. Please check in with a team member upon arrival to complete a class waiver.
