
Join us for Tai Chi with Ken, running June 1 through August 16 on Sundays at 10:30 AM on the Grand Steps. Tai Chi is a mind, body, and spirit practice that uses slow, flowing movements to promote balance, relaxation, and overall well-being in an outdoor community setting. This class emphasizes deep breathing, focused attention, and gentle stretching through a series of continuous movements that keep the body in constant motion. Often described as “moving meditation,”
