Tai Chi is a mind, body spirit exercise using slowing flowing movements. It emphasizes deep breathing, balance and focused attention. We will be doing a series of gentle physical movements and stretches ensuring that your body is inconstant motion…”moving meditation”. These postures will help promote the body’s natural healing ability and overall feeling of increased vitality as it balances the Qi or life energy
