Join us at the Whittingham Discovery Center on Sunday, April 30, at 10 AM. The kiddos will read ““ABC Mindful Me”by Christiane Engel. the kiddos will learn their ABCs, but also introduce  them to key mindfulness tenets which promote physical and mental wellness through breathing, compassion, gratitude, and kindness.
