Join us for a spooktacular afternoon of free, family-friendly Halloween fun at Mill River Park! Bring your costume & candy bag!
Start at the Whittingham Discovery Center (1040 Washington Blvd) and follow the trail all the way to the Nissen Carousel (30 W Broad St) for a party finale featuring carousel rides, music, games, crafts, and photo ops with costumed characters.
What to Expect
🚗 Trunk-or-Treat — Decorated trunks full of treats and community spirit at Community Commons
🚶♀️ Trick-or-Treat Trail — Follow the path through the park and collect candy from local partners and volunteers
🎠 Carousel Party Finale — Rides, music & games, crafts, photo ops, and costumed characters
