This family-friendly event invites children of all ages to explore a festive trail across the park’s West Side\, stopping at 12 creatively decorated egg stations along the way. Each station is filled with surprises\, fun activities\, and opportunities to collect goodies. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAfter completing the trail\, families can enjoy a photo opportunity with cheerful spring inflatables and take a spin on the Carousel. Carousel rides are available for $2 each\, with a bundle of 6 rides for $10. Easter-themed treats will also be available for purchase. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nParticipants are encouraged to bring their own baskets to collect eggs and fully enjoy the adventure. SUMMARY:Spring Sunday Fundays - Warming Up with New Adventures
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the arrival of spring with Spring Sunday Fundays at the Whittingham Discovery Center in Mill River Park. As the park comes alive with blooming flowers\, budding trees\, and warmer days\, families are invited to gather for mornings filled with stories\, creativity\, and exploration. \nFrom March 15 through May 10 (excluding Easter Sunday)\, join us every Sunday at 10 AM for engaging story time followed by hands-on activities inspired by the wonders of spring. Each week features a new book and creative project designed to spark curiosity about nature\, imagination\, and the changing season. \nThis week features The Girls Who Lived in the Refrigerator by David Grotto. This whimsical story introduces three magical fairies who live inside a refrigerator\, each loving a different type of food like fruits\, vegetables\, and dairy. When a boy named Sam\, who never likes trying new foods\, discovers the fairies with his dog Maisey\, he is invited on a fun adventure.
